MAY 2016
Appeal to Board
of Veterans’ Appeals
Appeal for Left Peripheral Neuropathy
and Right Peripheral Neuropathy due to exposure to AGENT ORANGE in Vietnam. SEE
VAMC, E. NORTHPORT
I’ve
had numbness starting in feet since day of discharge in May 1970. (SEE EVIDENCE)..
I
want all benefits retroactive.
I
was born with one KIDNEY (Congenital
– SEE VAMC RECORDS)
and should
have not been drafted, sent to VIETNAM and exposed to AGENT ORANGE
I
want all benefits retroactive.
With all Evidence and Adjudicative Actions, the DVA has no scientific nor
medical facts that support the denial of claim. Benefit of Doubt must be in favor of this claimant and ERRORS on the parts of The United States
Government, Selective Service, The United States Military, The DVA etc…must be
corrected! The DVA must Stand by the
VETERAN!
Peripheralneuropathy is a condition of the
peripheral nervous system, which consists of nerves outside the brain and
spinal cord.
Symptoms
include numbness, tingling or prickling in the toes or fingers in
early stages. NOW I CAN HARDLY STAND ON
BARE FEET. DEFINATELEY CAN NOT WALK.
This has spread and cause burning, throbbing, cramping or shooting pain that is worse at
night. Other symptoms include pain
equally in both sides of the body (in both hands or in both feet), muscle
weakness, loss of balance or coordination, and extreme sensitivity to touch.
HERE IS THE DVA ERROR!
This is 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzodioxin
TCDD D = dioxin
How can this complex chemical formula cause diseases in some organs (lung,, skin, lymph glands, prostate etc…) in the human, and not others (liver, kidney, etc….). Only parts of the nervous system and not others (list readily available – if you don’t know I will send 2015 copy of list.) Acute, sub acute affected but not peripheral.
Through what media does AGENT ORANGE affect human organs? Is it the consumption of contaminated water, digestion of indigenous foods, absorption through skin, or respiration? Does the DVA have any medical or scientific FACTS? Everything is PRESUMPTIVE!
FACT: The DIOXIN containing the two oxygen molecules are not bonded in the cellular
level (not molecular) creating free radicals that drive the process
of cellular destruction breaking large molecules into smaller ones ( a redox
reaction). This can and will cause diseases anywhere.
Can the DVA respond Intelligently with accurate data and not
presumptions?
Or is the responsibility on poor
veterans to continue to produce evidence and a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR GOVERNMENT AGENCY to produce NO
CONCLUSIVE or SIGNIFICANT PROOF? VETERANS
HAVE BEEN IGNORED TOO LONG!

LEADERSHIP
NONE OF THE ABOVE EXIST TODAY!!!
********************************
IGNORANT MANAGEMENT DOES EXIST
Planning and organizing is
to advance the goals of the individual not the people. Data related to
performance is manipulated. Endless piles of paper work and reporting distort
the simple facts.
Decision-making, such
as choices related to changes needed to adapt to external and internal factors
are selfish and self-centered.
Relevant information, if
reporting, frequently and purposely is transmitted to satisfy outsiders such as
the media professionals.
Interpersonal communication is pure manipulation.
